Venue Access
Rosehill Gardens has accessible parking available on site through Gate 1 off of Grand Avenue, including an accessible drop off zone.
The closest light rail stop is approximately 5 mintues walk from the main entrance, on a flat path.
Access to Rosehill Gardens is through the main entrance and along a flat path. Entrance to the Grand Pavillion is via a ramp with an elevator available between level 1 (exhibition hall) and level 2 (plenary and concurrent rooms).
There will be signage showing the location of the conference, and signage within the advising where everything is located.

Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is available in all plenary, concurrent and workshop rooms. Please ask a volunteer if you need assistance.
Quiet Rooms
For delegates and staff attending the ALIA National 2026 Conference. A Quiet Room will be available, which is a designated quiet area for those needing to take a break.
The Quiet Room provides comfortable seating, dimmed lighting, fresh drinking water, and a quiet, cool environment for anyone who might need to use it.
If you have sensory sensitivities, you are welcome to bring with you items to help you feel more comfortable and relaxed such as:
Noise reducing headphones
Hat or sunglasses
Stimming fidget toy devices.
The quiet room is located on the ground floor of the members stand, a short walk (indoors) from the Exhibition Hall. There will be signage on site and the floorplan will be available closer to the conference.
Assistance Animals/Guide Dogs
Accredited assistance animals are welcome inside the venue. To assist our team, please display their identification badge or medallion. Should you have further enquiries, head to one of our information desks.
First Aid
First aid is available at our information desks. Please alert an ALIA staff member or volunteer if you require assistance.
Accessible Toilets
Wheelchair and ambulant accessible toilets are available throughout the venue. Please visit our information desks if you require directions.
